Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT Helpdesk & Support Technicians (PT/FT - remote position)

RISE Strategic is a nationwide outsourced business services provider with a full-service IT division serving clients across a wide range of industires. We are looking for the right person to fill the roles of Tier-1 Support Technician and Tier-2 Support Technician. Full and part time opportunities are available. Your primary responsibility is to diagnose, resolve and document incident tickets and support CTO projects as directed. As a member of our internal support team, you’ll be part of a robust and growing team spanning different technical levels, who work together to apply the right expertise to every request, escalating issues as needed and doing whatever it takes to deliver a superior service experience for our clients.
Requirements:
- Keen ability to troubleshoot IT issues and dedication follow an issue all the way to resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication with team members and partners
- A willingness and commitment to learn new things and grow new skill sets
- Ability to fulfill night and weekend shifts as part of our on-call rotation
- Technical skills include:
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of DHCP and DNS configuration and management
- Able to successfully multitask and prioritize service issues
- Experience with remote management of client computers and servers
- Knowledge for performing:
- Active Directory and Exchange user and group maintenance tasks
- Virtual Environment Management of Exchange 2010-2019/O365, SQL server management
- Understanding of various Microsoft Server products (Hyper-V, VMWare, Remote Desktop Services, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and be accountable for solving service support tickets without reassigning the ticket
- Sucessfully follow client protocols, processes and policies as outlined and presented by management via email, training materials and required team meetings

Marketing Account Manager (FT - Remote)

RISE Strategic is a nationwide outsourced business services provider it its 10th year of providing world-class, full-service marketing strategy and execution as an extention of our clients’ business. Unlike a typical agency, we allow our clients to “rent” fully-equipped marketing department for less than one full-time generalist. Each client has a dedicated Account Manager to ensure seamless, quality delivery of their monthly programs.
Responsibilities:
The right candidate will provide friendly, professional, knowledgable client services and act as the primary client point of contact for a set client portfolio.
- Work with the CMO, Senior Strategist, and Content Team to execute monthly client marketing plans, coordinating across departments to meet delivery cycles.
- Prepare, analyze, and send monthly and annual client marketing performance reports.
- Meet with clients monthly and provide as-needed interim support to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Project manage special creative requests and campaigns beyond the monthly retainer scope.
- Draft extensive client communications and confidential internal and external correspondence.
- Provide quality assurance on all deliverables before presenting to the client for approval.
- Coordinate large-scale client events, including planning, presentation development, and execution.
- Enforce program and project scopes and manage client budgets
Our growing agency needs a motivated and experienced Marketing Account Manager to develop innovative marketing strategies and oversee client projects. As a Marketing Account Manager, you will assist with large-scale outreach based on our client’s needs. This includes developing content for social media and other digital campaigns, establishing budgets, monitoring projects to ensure they meet deadlines, and evaluating each campaign for effectiveness. To ensure consistent brand messaging, you will collaborate with our public relations and sales teams on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, journalism, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of marketing agency or in-house generalist experience
- 3-5 years’ experience withSEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, traditional marketing, and PR campaigns.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication, grammar, editing, and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, positive, fast-paced style
