Our internal legal counsel and compliance team offers our clients a higher level of direction to enable better decision making in day-to-day matters and ongoing compliance communications. Our team delivers effective contract compliance correspondence and program enforcement for a wide range of industries and relationships. This effective approach helps our clients minimize the need for costly legal and arbitrative action and creates more positive, win-win scenarios over adversarial approaches.

While we do not act as sole counsel on behalf of our clients, our advising counsel is barred in Utah and California, and is able to offer more affordable, high-level guidance than the typical small business budget may allow, including DIY trainings for those on tight budgets.

Compliance Correspondence
We assist many of our clients with developing language that helps them to positively enforce agreements and communicate with involved parties in a more effective manner. This is often done methodically in tandem with our Project Management team, which can support entire compliance processes. Our goal is to help clients run a more efficient operation, while avoiding the courts and costly legal expenses through more proactive, common-sense approaches.
Contract Review
The vast majority of small businesses do not pay attorneys to review their legal documents due to budget constraints. Our licensed attorneys are available to review vendor or customer contracts on behalf of our monthly clients to offer direction and call attention to potential areas of concern. While we do not draft original contracts or rewrite terms, we offer as a secondary guide to help protect our clients from areas of risk they may not have the experience to consider.
Incorporation and Articles
RISE also assists new startup clients under our full-service monthly support programs in the basic steps required in each state to establish a new business. Many companies overcomplicate this in order to charge needless fees, but it can be done affordably and reliably on your own with some support.
Utah & California Licensure
Our legal counsel is licensed in Utah and California, which is why we only offer general business guidance and compliance consulting in all other states. If you have legal matters in these two states which require attention, we are more able to advise you or direct you to the appropriate course of action more fully in these areas.
