Once finalized and approved, administrative access will be provided to the email address(es) the client specifies for the Website, Facebook, and Google My Business—we always ensure you keep the keys.
You may elect to continue allowing RISE access in case you need Advising or Programs in the future, or we will provide instructions on how you can remove RISE access.
Your only ongoing cost with START & GO is monthly website hosting at $30 a month, which can be set up under RISE or under your own hosting account, and will bill directly to your credit card each month.
Note that you will need a WordPress webmaster such as someone at codeable.co to maintain your site’s health, updates, and security each month, and assist you in case of emergency outages or attacks (if outside the basic help WPEngine offers). RISE can only cover webmaster services for RISE-hosted sites ($129 a month for hosting + webmaster services).

Important Security Notes

Always be sure that a company owner or partner holds the ownership and/or has master/administrative logins to all properties when entrusting setup to an agency, freelancer, or even a staff member.

Also, you should ALWAYS buy own your own domain name and retain ownership of it yourself. RISE will always ensure this is the case and can assist on a screenshare, please be wary of any agency who offers anything less.

We recommend NameCheap or Google Domains over GoDaddy, as they include free privacy protection and lower costs without all the hard upselling. Feel free to talk to us first if you haven’t yet purchased your domain.
